They have a free shuttle bus from the airport. Need to WhatsApp the hotel after landing using free airport wifi. But the bus will arrive 20min after calling them. Hotel has washing machines at the lobby area. There is also a 24h convenience stall inside the hotel. A MacDonald is in the building across the street. Di Di ride from hotel to Beijing town is less than RMB100.

It was convenient for a short sleep since we arrived early morning at 05.30. Pick up was provided but they would need to fix it a bit since it took them 25 min to pick us up. I would like to say thank the person who is using the messages in the app and replied to me all the time related to the pick up. Thank you for the support provided. It’s not your fault the organization of the pick up is not done correctly.

It was clean, luxurious, with loads of useful amenities, lights were really well setup, well designed. They had a useful alarm clock which was also a Bluetooth speaker, and had 2 usb chargers. Beds are really nice and soft, down pillows (can’t comment if they were real but they felt amazing) Massive lovely shower.

The hotel itself seemed quite far away even though there was an airport shuttle. However, that was not really an issue for us. The shuttle bus is a bit difficult to find and reach at the airport, however, the porter who was pushing me on the wheelchair was patient enough to help us locate it. The room was large and spacious! My. mom and I loved the space and wished we could have stayed there longer.

Great hotel, great price, location was amazing for an overlay stay in Beijing! Professional, helpful and friendly staff! The room was enormous, the biggest bed I have ever seen :) bathroom very comfortable with towels, robes, toiletries etc provided. Air conditioning working really well. Everything was nice and clean. We also got very cute panda toy as a welcome gift which was a sweet gesture! Hotel has own restaurant and great cooks. Breakfast selection was amazing and delicious, all you could imagine- they had it! From local cuisine to European dishes :) It was a lovely stay :)

Very convenient transportation from the terminal - the shuttle was on time. The room was large (I was on the way back from Japan so I had the impression that it was extremely large:)). It was clean and nice. You could hear the planes descending to the airport but it wasn't very loud. We had to leave before breakfast so I can assess that. When I researched the time necessary for all the airport procedures (in the case of transfer - no checkin and luggage drop) I read a lot of feedbacks that 2h at the airport is the minimum. It took us app. 50min to go through the security gates and passport control and reach our gate in the terminal 3 where you need to take a train. It was around 1am.

Pick-up fromTerminal 3 C gate 5 Bejing Capital Airport was 10 minutes after calling the hotel. 7 minute drive to the modern, clean hotel. The room was large, nice shower and a large double bed. Shuttle back to the airport was arranged by the reception and was on time. Good value for money, very friendly staff. We used the hotel for about 8 hours during a 13 hour stop-over and it was worth it!

Stayed here for one night and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The room was super spacious, which was great for spreading out and relaxing. The power shower was amazing, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the Chinese restaurant onsite. The food is delicious, and the prices are pretty reasonable. It's nice to have a tasty and convenient dining option right there.

It was a good stay. We requested a transfer as soon as we arrived and the hotel immediately responded to us and arranged the trip. We arrived early in the morning, but the room was already ready. The staff was very friendly and helped us all the time. They even helped us order a taxi to the city for cash because we were having trouble paying in the app. Thanks a lot to receptionist Jucky, she was very caring!
